One of the more frequent questions asked at the Fit Pit is how to eat or train while traveling. It’s more challenging if traveling for business rather than leisure as you’re required to follow a schedule and dine from a menu that is predetermined by someone that is not interested in your fitness goals as much as they are watching a budget. It’s just as challenging to eek in the opportunity to workout as meetings usually start early and mandatory ‘entertainment’ runs late. It takes discipline and enough self-actualization to not do what everyone else does.
