Before starting at The Fit Pit in 2009 I rode a bike for exercise. I’ve been riding since 1972, racing and doing time trials. I heard about The Fit Pit while doing a spin class and thought I should give it a try. My attendance was sporadic at first but by 2010 I made sure to be there three times a week. I can’t always do what Coach Sheryl puts on the board for the workout; more often than not, I modify, and that’s ok. I’m 74 years old! Each year, I compete in the Senior Olympics on my bike; my wife says I’m in the best shape of my life. I should have started this when I was 25. All of you, regardless of age, should start this and stick with it!
