As of yesterday, Im the new blogmaster for our wonderful program. Unlike many of you who have personal blogs, this is my initial foray into blogdom so you will need to bear with me as I work through how it all goes together. There may be some things that I post, that are on the wrong date- Ill try to edit the dates, but if I dont, then just figure a thursday workout as posted should really be a Friday workout.
